Easy exchanges and returns within the European Union.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need a size exchange or a return, we’re here to help.
If the size isn’t right, we’ll help you exchange it easily.

Size Exchanges (EU)

You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange
Shoes must be unworn and in perfect condition
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Once received, we will send the new size as soon as possible

Orders outside the EU

Due to customs procedures and associated costs, we do not accept exchanges or returns outside the European Union.

Returns (refunds)

Accepted within the EU within 14 days
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected

Important

Items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of wear
Worn or damaged items will not be accepted
During special promotions, some items may not include extras (such as fabric shoe bags)
